CIA Design of Pressure Reduction

What do you do with this particular information, that the only thing that I have control over include the decisions that I make?
Stop looking to control items that you've got no control over. Amazing in my opinion simply how much energy people waste attempting to control things that they maybe have influence over, but also in many cases should just accept. I'll also claim that in relation to stuff that you have zero influence over, I wouldn't spend a lot of time talking or complaining about them. It's just a drain on the energy. Are you catching yourself attempting to control things that you ought to just accept? Notice that, and I would change your mind on that.
When you realize the website only thing you have complete control over can be your decisions, take responsibility to the decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things turn out poorly. I am saying it takes responsibility for your decision which you make. I don't play a whole lot of poker, but one thing that I have often heard is winning at cards, specifically poker, features a small amount regarding them that you are dealt, and it features a huge amount to do with how you make decisions and play them which you're dealt.
